We are delighted to open our doors to select catering partners as we continue to reimagine countryside celebrations at Farmer’s Table Receptions at My Country House in Tagaytay.

 

We welcome catering providers offering plated, buffet, cocktail, or bespoke service styles. We’re especially interested in partners who share our commitment to quality, professionalism, seamless hospitality, and serving delectable memories that last well beyond the celebration.

As an accredited caterer, you will:

·  Be endorsed as a preferred catering partner to our growing client base.

·  Receive direct event referrals from our in-house events team.

·  Showcase your brand during annual tasting and venue simulations.

·  Access exclusive opportunities for co-branded  promotions and events.

 

What Accreditation Includes:

·  Official listing as an accredited catering provider.

·  Inclusion in our marketing materials and client recommendations.

·  Rights to conduct food tastings and simulated setup on venue grounds.

·  Opportunity to co-promote through digital and on-ground channels.

 

How to Apply:

·  Complete the Supplier Accreditation Form

·  Submit required documents and sample menu packages

·  Pay the ₱30,000 annual accreditation fee upon approval

·  Participate in our annual venue simulation and tasting

 

Deadline for Applications:

·  We accept applications year-round, with limited accreditation slots available per service category and subject to review and approval.

·  Priority deadline for the 2026 cycle: October 30, 2025

·  Early applications are encouraged to secure participation in the first quarter tasting event.
